Services

Clarity provides residential and commercial window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services in Gainesville, St. Augustine, and surrounding North Central Florida areas. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided; final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described.

Quotes & scheduling

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions; we will communicate any changes as early as possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We walk every job with the customer before payment. If something isn't right, we fix it on the spot.

Communications

By providing your contact information you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your quote or service. Text messaging is governed by the consent terms described in our Privacy Policy; reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Liability

We carry insurance and take care on every job. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, screens, frames, or seals (e.g., scratched glass, failed seals, brittle screens), which we will point out before work begins where visible.
